At Kay Dot, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Each of our products is crafted with care and quality in mind. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re here to make it right.
Returns for Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you once the damaged item is returned to us in its original condition with all packaging and tags intact.
Exchanges
We understand that sometimes sizing or preferences may change. We offer exchanges for the same product or another of equal value.
Please note that return courier charges must be paid by the customer, while we’ll cover the cost of sending the exchanged item back to you.
Conditions for Return & Exchange
Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
All original tags and packaging must be intact.
Exchanges or replacements will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Customised or sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged or defective.
