Welcome to Kay Dot. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.ikaydot.com and your purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About Us
Kay Dot is a fashion brand based in Lahore, Pakistan, offering premium apparel including polo shirts, tracksuits, baby winter suits, thermals, and jackets — available exclusively online.

2. Ordering
Orders can be placed through our website at any time.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment (or valid CoD order).
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If an item becomes unavailable, we will notify you and offer an exchange or refund.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in PKR.
We accept various payment methods, including Cash on Delivery (CoD) and online payments (where available).
In the case of CoD, payment must be made in full at the time of delivery.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 working days after confirmation.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service.
You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier company or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Returns & Exchanges
We only replace damaged or defective items and offer exchanges for sizing or product preference changes.
Return courier charges must be paid by the customer.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags.
Refunds or exchanges will be processed after inspection of returned items.

6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at support@ikaydot.com.
Once an order is dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, payment problems, or incorrect pricing.
7. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure accurate descriptions and images. However, minor variations in colour or texture may occur due to lighting or screen settings.
8. Liability
Kay Dot shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products.
Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content — including images, designs, text, and logos — is the property of Kay Dot and may not be used or reproduced without prior written permission.
